Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if your quest didn't go as planned, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to successfully complete your return journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the loot, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
